Brentwood Meditation Circle

We are a friendly, independent meditation group that meets most weeks to practice various forms of meditation.
We have no leader believing that everyone is the best teacher for themselves and others. Each 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month a member of the circle presents an aspect of meditative practice, and a discussion. We usually begin and end with a meditation.

In laughter yoga we laugh for no reason other than to feel good, and this workshop will incorporate fun and playful laughter exercises, yoga breathing, meditation and relaxation.

Shenfield Autism Support Group

This informal group is for people (all ages) with autism/Asperger Syndrome and their families/carers.
We currently meet twice a year to chat, make new friends and support each other.
Our next meeting is scheduled for 12th October 2019, from: 1 – 3 pm.

We are the Brentwood section of PHAB (Physically Handicapped and Able-bodied) a national network, who meet on alternate Monday evenings, from 7 to 9 pm.
We are a small group at present, but very friendly and would welcome anyone who would like to join us. Every Monday we have a quiz and refreshments and good company.
